Check that your workspace has Skills switched on (an admin may need to turn it on).
Step 2
Copy the ChatGPT prompt from the skill's page and paste it into a chat. ChatGPT builds the skill from the instructions.
Step 3

- Personal skills do not sync between the desktop app and web or mobile, so add them on each.
- Skills that need programs on your own computer will not run in ChatGPT. Use Codex for those.
