What we collect when you use the-aischool.com, why, where it is stored and how to have it deleted.

This policy explains how ai school ("we") handles personal data on the-aischool.com. The site is operated by Yotam Dahan, Israel. For any privacy question or request, write to privacy@the-aischool.com.
What we collect
- When you sign up (for a course, a free bonus, early access or the newsletter): your email address, your first name if you give it, the page and language you signed up from, and the time.
- Technical data: our hosting provider processes standard request data such as IP address and browser type to deliver the site and keep it secure. To limit abuse of our forms, we store short-lived counters keyed to a one-way hash of your IP address, never the address itself.
- In your browser: after you sign up, we save a small flag in your browser's local storage so unlocked sections stay open. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use advertising trackers on this site.
Why we use it
- To send you what you asked for, such as a course, a bonus section or early access.
- To send you emails about our courses and practical AI tips. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
- To protect the site and its forms from spam and abuse.
The legal bases are your consent (for marketing emails), the performance of what you requested, and our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.
Where it is stored
Signups are stored in a database hosted by Upstash and in our email system, which runs on Google Cloud. The site is hosted by Vercel. These providers may process data in the United States, the European Union and other countries, under their own data protection terms.
How long we keep it
We keep your signup data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Security counters expire automatically within a day.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR, you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, and you can object to or withdraw consent for marketing at any time. Write to privacy@the-aischool.com and we will answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
The site is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above. Significant changes will be announced by email to subscribers.
