Supermemory MCP

Shared memory spaces that let Claude save, recall and map what you and your team know.

Officialby SupermemoryHosted, nothing to installChecked October 18, 2026

Supermemory's hosted MCP server lets Claude save and forget memories, search them by meaning and read the documents you have uploaded, all organized into spaces that a team can share. Clients that support MCP Apps also get in-chat widgets for choosing a space, reviewing a memory before it is saved, uploading files and viewing a memory graph.

Who it is for

  • Teams that want one shared memory across AI tools
  • Researchers and writers collecting source material
  • Non-technical users who want memory without any setup

Prompts to try

Once it is connected, ask in plain words. Claude decides when to use the server and asks before it changes anything important.

Prompt 1
Save a note that the client approved the blue logo on Monday.
Prompt 2
Search my saved context for anything about the spring launch.
Prompt 3
List the spaces I can use and switch to the marketing one.

How to connect it

In Claude Code

  1. claude mcp add --transport http supermemory https://mcp.supermemory.ai/mcp

In the Claude desktop app

Customize > Connectors > + Add > Add custom connector, URL: https://mcp.supermemory.ai/mcp

Hosted address: https://mcp.supermemory.ai/mcp

Good to know

Run /mcp to sign in and choose which spaces Claude may use; no API key is needed.

How we checked it

Checked Supermemory's MCP docs and Claude setup guide and the server source in the supermemoryai/supermemory monorepo (MIT, apps/mcp last commit 2026-10); the hosted endpoint answers with an OAuth challenge.
