Mem0 MCP
Hosted long-term memory that lets Claude save, search and update facts across tools.
Officialby Mem0Hosted, nothing to installChecked October 18, 2026
Mem0's hosted MCP server gives Claude memory tools and lets it choose for itself when to store a fact, retrieve it later or fix something it remembered wrong. The memories live in your Mem0 account rather than on your computer, so the same memory follows you into every MCP client you connect.
Who it is for
- People who use several AI tools and want one shared memory
- Developers building personalized agents
- Teams that want memory stored outside the chat app
Prompts to try
Once it is connected, ask in plain words. Claude decides when to use the server and asks before it changes anything important.

How we checked it
Checked Mem0's MCP docs, its listing in Claude's connectors directory, the registry entry (io.github.mem0ai/mem0) and the archived mem0ai/mem0-mcp repo that points to this hosted server; the endpoint answers with an OAuth challenge.
