Miro MCP Server

Read Miro boards and add diagrams, docs, tables and images from Claude.

Officialby MiroHosted, nothing to installChecked October 18, 2026

Miro's hosted server lets Claude search your boards, read what is on them and add new content such as diagrams, documents, tables, images and workshop widgets. It works on every Miro plan, including free teams, with a daily limit on tool calls that rises with your plan.

Who it is for

  • Product and design teams running workshops in Miro
  • Consultants who map processes and customer journeys
  • Engineers who want architecture diagrams drawn from code

Prompts to try

Once it is connected, ask in plain words. Claude decides when to use the server and asks before it changes anything important.

Prompt 1
Summarize the retro board from Friday and list the action items with owners.
Prompt 2
Draw a flowchart of our customer onboarding process on a new Miro board.
Prompt 3
Read the comments on the homepage wireframe board and resolve the ones that are already fixed.

How we checked it

Checked Miro's MCP developer docs (updated 2026-10-08), its tools and daily limits pages, the Claude directory listing and the registry entry io.github.miroapp/mcp-server; the endpoint returns an OAuth challenge.
