MCP Toolbox for Databases is Google's open-source server that gives Claude ready-made tools for a long list of sources, including AlloyDB, Cloud SQL, Spanner, PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB and Snowflake. You choose a source with one prebuilt flag and pass its connection details as environment variables, or define your own structured, safer tools in a YAML file.
