Klaviyo MCP

Report on and build Klaviyo email and SMS campaigns, flows, segments and profiles.

Officialby KlaviyoHosted or on your computerChecked October 18, 2026

Klaviyo's MCP server connects Claude to your Klaviyo account so it can pull campaign and flow performance, look up profiles and segments, and create campaigns, templates and other assets. The hosted server is the recommended option, and a local Python package that uses a private API key is also available.

Who it is for

  • Ecommerce brands that use Klaviyo
  • Email and SMS marketers
  • Agencies running retention programs

Prompts to try

Once it is connected, ask in plain words. Claude decides when to use the server and asks before it changes anything important.

Prompt 1
Which of last month's campaigns had the best click rate and revenue per recipient, and what did they have in common?
Prompt 2
Show how our welcome flow performed over the last 90 days, message by message.
Prompt 3
Create a draft campaign for our VIP segment announcing the fall collection, using our latest newsletter template.

How to connect it

In Claude Code

  1. claude mcp add --transport http klaviyo https://mcp.klaviyo.com/mcp

In the Claude desktop app

Customize > Connectors > Discover: search Klaviyo, then select Connect to Claude

Hosted address: https://mcp.klaviyo.com/mcp

Good to know

The hosted server needs an Owner, Admin or Manager role. Add ?read-only=true to the URL in Claude Code or a custom connector to turn off write tools.

How we checked it

Checked Klaviyo's developer docs (MCP overview, connection guide and tool list pages added in 2026-09), the klaviyo-mcp-server package on PyPI and the Claude connectors directory listing; the hosted endpoint answers with an OAuth challenge.
