Intercom's hosted MCP server gives Claude access to your support conversations, contact and company records, and Help Center articles. It can also create or update articles and add internal notes, and workspaces with Fin Operator get extra tools when connected through OAuth.

Good to know
EU-hosted workspaces use https://mcp.eu.intercom.com/mcp (add it as a custom connector in Claude). Australian workspaces are not supported yet. A bearer API token works instead of OAuth, but without the Fin Operator tools.
